Thanks to all the fans for voting for the LSU band for ESPN’s Battle of the Bands. The victory was announced live this morning on ESPN GameDay. The Golden Band will receive a $25,000 donation from Paramount and LucasFilm Ltd. for their rendition of the Indiana Jones theme song. This donation will likely go toward funding the new band hall.
