Tailgate of the Week: Krewe of Miss-Lou

I first visited the Krewe of Miss-Lou for the North Texas game. It was a pretty decent crowd that weekend, but they said I had to come back for the dance competition.
I kept the promise that I would return to check it out and am glad I did, the contest was amazing. Three dancers stole the show with some pretty impressive break dancing and popnlocking. Scrappy ended up flaring, windmilling, and head spinning his way to first place. Much props to the other guys poppin and lockin and to Snapper from the 504 who also made it to the final round. Following the final round was a battle between the dancers in the final round.
**Please note that the fight at the dance contest did not involve any of the members of the Krewe of Miss-Lou, nor do they tolerate that behavior. Take your violence elsewhere. We are all out to have a good time and root the Tigers to a win.
If you think you have what it takes to win, check out the Krewe of Miss-Lou here. The contest usually starts at 4 or 5 PM, depending on the time of the game. Get there early to sign up.

Round 1 Part 1
Round 1 Part 2
Round 2
Round 3
Round 4 + Battle
Please understand that the fight did not involve members of the Krewe of Miss-Lou. We are there to have a good time not to fight, but you can’t always control spectators in a crowd that large. We enjoyed having you there and welcome you back anytime. Good footage of the contest by the way.
Yes the fight had nothing to do with our tailgate I wish that was not in our write up as the tailgate of the week kinda makes us look bad. As always though as you can see we have the biggest party on campus dont care what anybody says you need to be there. The dance contest start at 3 most of the time and you can bet your bottom dollar i will be there to announce them.
