At the Taste of Tiger Tailgating, I had the chance to meet Randy Caminita who had a booth setup for Caminita’s Tiger Den. The booth showcased some of Randy’s impressive artwork, including his latest piece “Welcome to Death Valley.” This piece “captures the gigantic costumed mascot ‘Mike the Tiger’ in larger than life form stepping out of Tiger Stadium with his arms spread wide open peering upward at the almighty ‘EYE OF THE TIGER’ in the night sky above.” Randy also had a collection of wildlife paintings that illustrate the sportsman life that many Louisianians enjoy.
